Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule your order for free we need at least 4 (four) business hours notice from the beginning of the appointment. For example, if your appointment is between 1 pm-5 pm, we must be notified before 9 am that same day or even early. If you are calling after hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

The cancellation fee $129 + tax (or if the cost of the diagnostic visit is more than $129 + tax, then the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of the diagnostic visit) will be applied if the customer has not cancelled the order at least 4 hours before the start time of the diagnostic visit scheduled (we already can’t schedule another customer for this time). Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment or collectors will take care.
